## What Kina asks

- Your first name, and what you do at the brand: founder or owner, marketing, customer service, operations, technology, or something else.
- Your store's web address. Kina reads the home page once to see what the store runs on and which tools it uses, and links each to the integration directory. No crawl, nothing stored.
- What gets in the way most, from the problems that role carries, and one sharpening question.

## What Kina shows

- The Readout board it would keep for that problem, with how each figure adds up and where it was read. Every figure is an example on the demo store, labelled as one.
- The first change, as a confirm card: evidence, scope, approve or decline, and the record it leaves.
- HQ on a phone the next morning, with the store's own tools named.
- Three doors: another problem, the free Shopify app or a call to see it on your own tools, and the explore call.
