> Kina is the AI operator in BYOM. Every change is recorded: before and after, who approved it, on what evidence, what your store confirmed and whether it can be undone. Kina runs leave receipts too, and owners can export the governance record for audits and client reports.

## What a change receipt records

What changed, who approved it, on what evidence, and whether it can be undone.

- Receipt ID: A short ID on every change, so anyone on the team can find it and talk about it.
- Before and after: The old value and the new one, side by side, on product updates.
- Decision: Who approved or declined it, when, and the note they left.
- Evidence: What the change rests on, with the Kina run behind it one click away.
- Confirmed: Executed only once your store confirms the write. Anything else says exactly where it stands.
- Undo: Whether the change can be undone, and until when.

## Undo

Supported changes can be undone for 24 hours. The undo is a change of its own: you approve it, it is made once, and it leaves its own receipt. If someone has edited the same thing by hand since, BYOM tells you rather than overwriting their work.

## Runs and the activity log

- Kina run receipts: When Kina finishes a piece of work, the run ends with a record: when it started and finished, what it checked, the changes it proposed and anything still open.
- Rail run receipts: Every Rail run ends with a record of the stages it passed. A practice run is marked simulated, never completed.
- Activity log: Every decision, change and run in one log, each with its receipt one click away. Undone changes are struck through and point to the change that reversed them.

## Governance export

Export the record for one change or a date range, as JSON for your systems and a readable summary for people.

- Owners and admins can export.
- Each entry says whether it was recorded at the time or worked out when you exported.
- A change still waiting on confirmation exports as unresolved, never as a success.
- The export is BYOM's own record of what happened, and it says so.

## Uses

- Audits: Show a reviewer every change, who approved it and what your store confirmed.
- Client reports: Agencies hand a client the record of what was done on their store.
- Reviews at month end: Walk the team through the month's changes and the reasons behind them.
- Rail reviews: Judge a Rail on its real receipts before you widen its limits.

## Questions

- What does a receipt in BYOM record? What changed, who approved it, on what evidence, what your store confirmed, and whether it can be undone. A change receipt carries a short ID, the old value and the new one on product updates, who approved or declined it and when, the evidence, and whether the change can be undone.
- When does a receipt say the change was executed? A receipt never says executed until your store says so. It is executed only once your store confirms the write. Anything else says exactly where it stands.
- Can I undo a change? Supported changes can be undone for 24 hours. The undo is a change of its own: you approve it, it is made once, and it leaves its own receipt. If someone has edited the same thing by hand since, BYOM tells you rather than overwriting their work.
- Do Kina runs leave receipts? Yes. When Kina finishes a piece of work, the run ends with a record: when it started and finished, what it checked, the changes it proposed and anything still open.
- Do Rail runs leave receipts? Every Rail run ends with a record of the stages it passed. A practice run is marked simulated, never completed.
- What is the activity log? Every decision, change and run in one log, each with its receipt one click away. Undone changes are struck through and point to the change that reversed them.
- Who can export the record? Owners and admins can export the record for one change or a date range, as JSON for your systems and a readable summary for people. Each entry says whether it was recorded at the time or worked out when you exported. A change still waiting on confirmation exports as unresolved, never as a success. The export is BYOM's own record of what happened, and it says so.
- What can the export be used for? Audits, client reports and reviews at month end. Show a reviewer every change, who approved it and what your store confirmed. Agencies hand a client the record of what was done on their store. Judge a Rail on its real receipts before you widen its limits.
