- 2026-09-30 Choose who approves customer replies (product): In Settings, Team, choose which people on your team approve replies before they go to a customer.
- 2026-09-29 An accepted review becomes an editorial pack (product): In Creative Studio, accept a review and Kina turns it into an editorial pack ready for you to use.
- 2026-09-29 Withdraw an approval (product): Approved a change and thought again? Withdraw the approval from the Actions sheet and it will not run.
