## What we look for

Proof that you can get real work done with AI and keep up with what is happening in the world. Not how many people you know or how far up a corporate ladder you climbed. We are looking for the diamond in the rough: either you are already there, or we can train you to get there.

## Who we want

- Engineers building AI agents: TypeScript, LLMs and the tools agents use to do real work in a store.
- Product designers: Interfaces where a person approves what an AI proposes, and trusts it.
- Commerce and growth operators: People who have run Shopify stores and know what moves a merchant's numbers.
- People who make merchants succeed: Support, onboarding and success: the ones who stay with a store until it works.

## Apply

BYOM does not use an ATS. Every application is seen and reviewed by a person. Applications go through https://byom.co/careers: name, email, area, portfolio link, a CV (PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB) and a link to the coolest thing you have built with AI, with a line or two on what part was yours. The CV is kept in private storage, used only to consider you for work at BYOM, and deleted on request to hello@byom.co.
