> In the first hour, Kina reads your own site and learns your products, your policies, your voice and what you never say. Every fact keeps its source, and your team approves it before Kina uses it.

## The first hour

- Your domain: Give Kina your web address. That is the whole brief.
- Kina reads your site: Products, categories, delivery and returns pages, the about page, the tone of every line. Each fact is kept with the page it came from.
- Connect your store and helpdesk: Shopify and your helpdesk join while Kina is still reading. Live data replaces what the site could only suggest.
- HQ says what matters: You land in HQ with a briefing built from your own context, and Kina ready to answer and start one useful job.

## What Kina learns

- Products and categories: What you sell, how it is grouped, and the words you use for it.
- Policies: Delivery, returns, warranties and promises, taken from your own pages.
- Brand voice: How you write: warm or plain, long or short, the words you reach for.
- What you never say: Claims you do not make, words you avoid, comparisons you do not draw. Checked by meaning, not only by the exact words.
- Visual identity: Your colours, type and the way your product photography looks, so what Kina makes looks like yours.
- Known unknowns: What your site does not say is listed as a question for you, never guessed.

## Approved before it is used

Nothing Kina learns is trusted until you say so. Each fact arrives as a candidate with its source. Approve it, tidy it first, or reject it with a note. Personal notes save instantly; company memory waits for an owner or admin.

## Questions

- What is Brand Memory? Brand Memory is what Kina knows about your brand: your products, policies, voice, what you never say and how you look, learned from your own site and your connected tools, with a source for each fact and your team's approval before it is used.
- How long does it take to teach Kina our brand? Give Kina your web address and it reads your site in the first hour, while you connect your store and helpdesk. You approve what it learned, and you keep adding to it as you work.
- Does Kina make facts up when the site does not say? No. What the site does not say is listed as a known unknown, a question for you. Kina never fills a gap with a guess.
- Who approves what Kina remembers? An owner or admin approves company memory before the team and Kina use it. Personal memory saves instantly and stays with its owner. Kina suggests memories, but never approves its own.
- Can we correct something Kina learned? Yes. A correction replaces the old fact rather than quietly editing it, and old memories ask to be confirmed again. Remove your own memories any time; owners and admins remove shared ones.
- How is what we never say enforced? The judgment engine checks every draft against it by meaning, so a claim you have ruled out is caught in any wording, not only the exact words you wrote down.
- Does Brand Memory use our customers' data? Brand Memory is built from your own site, your catalogue and your policies, and from what your team tells Kina. It is never trained on your customers' data, and Kina works only on your own company's data.
