> Approve many prepared store changes with one confirmation. If anything in the batch changed after you reviewed it, nothing in the batch is approved.

## One confirmation for many changes

Kina can prepare many store changes at once, for example tidier descriptions across a collection. You review the whole batch and confirm it once.

## What you approve is exactly what you saw

When you open the batch, BYOM fixes the version of every change you are shown. If any change moves after you reviewed it, the confirmation is refused and nothing in the batch is approved. You review again and confirm the new version.

## A batch never widens what you can approve

Each change in a batch passes the same checks it would on its own: your role, its expiry and any second approver it needs. If one change would be refused on its own, the whole confirmation is refused. A batch never approves a change you could not approve alone, and never approves only part of what you chose.

## Some changes are always confirmed on their own

A change that needs an extra check of who you are, such as a high risk change, is never part of a batch. You confirm it by itself.

## After you confirm

Each change runs separately and gets its own receipt. If some changes succeed and others fail, BYOM reports the batch as partial rather than calling it done. A change whose outcome is unknown is never sent again automatically.
